General

❁ I won't tolerate any rude or disrespectful comments against me or my work. If you want a change or notice I've made a mistake, you can point it out respectfully.❁ I'll start the commissions by payment order, that meaning that the commission that has been paid first will be also the first I start working on.❁ Depending on the complexity of the commission it can take me up to 2 or 3 weeks, so please be patient with it.❁ Once I reply to the first message, the person interested will have 2 days to answer before being moved to the waiting list, where they'll stay for a week before being removed.❁ I have all the rights to turn down any work I'm not comfortable doing, but I'm always open to conversation and debate until both the client and I can reach an agreement.❁ Sending me references (poses, clothes, etc) of the things you want me to draw would be really helpful, but it's not a requirement. On the other hand, the client must give me detailed instructions of what they want to guarantee their contentment with the final result of the commission.❁ Images of the work will be sent to the client throughout the process (always with watermark) and won't be continued until the client gives their approval to the previous phase.

Payment

❁ The payment must be done via Paypal.❁ I won't go further than the rough sketch until the first payment is completed.❁ The full of the final price must be paid in advance, and the finished piece won't be sent to the client in high quality until the payment is completed.

Refunds

❁ No refunds are accepted, so be very sure of your purchase.❁ Mistakes made by me will be fixed for free. On the other hand, once started the coloring phase any change that is not my error will be added to the final price (the price may vary depending on how big the change is). I have the right to refuse any major changes or to add a great extra cost.

Usage

❁ I retain all the rights of each work.❁ The work may be posted on different social medias (always with a watermark and indicating that it is a commission made by me, unless the client specifies otherwise, but that will have another cost.)❁ No commission will be used to create physical or digital products, such as prints or art books.❁ Any commission made by me is only for personal use (this includes gifts, using it as a pfp, etc).❁ The finished piece can be posted in different social medias by the client if credit is given
